2. Personal Autonomy:
It encompasses the ability to make choices about one's own life, free from coercion or undue influence.
3. Self-Realization:
For some, liberation is about realizing one's true potential and living authentically, in alignment with one's values and desires.
4. Psychological Freedom:
It can also involve freedom from internal constraints such as fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs.
For All of Us:
1. Collective Freedom: Liberation on a societal level often involves dismantling systems of oppression that affect groups of people, such as racism, sexism, or classism.
2. Social Justice:
It entails creating a society where everyone has equal opportunities and access to resources, rights, and privileges.
3. Empowerment and Equity:
